An ex-New Yorker now living in Barcelona, I have been cooking and running various food and entertainment blogs since 2007. With my wonderful Catalan chef husband we run a tapas pop up night every Thursday in Barcelona and we want to invite people to enjoy our blend of New York globally influenced take on Catalan cuisine on our rooftop terrace. It’s food crafted with ingenuity, creativity and much love. We have a network of guest chefs, organic growers and sommeliers that supply our market based dinners.
A few of our favorite things to cook are a good French style chicken, rabbit a la brasa with hand cut french fries, black fideua and of course rices!
We are now interested in combining new cooking techniques with global influences and traditional cuisine. This blog will focus on three things: our original recipes and adaptations of some of our favorites, tips and tricks to elevate your home cooking to near Micheline star levels, and our one of a kind events around Barcelona.
